摘　　要：目的探讨可溶性T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白分子3(sTim-3)、Galectin-9(Gal-9)及程序性死亡蛋白1(PD-1)在儿童结核外周血中的表达水平及临床意义。方法收集2015年5月至2018年6月新缰维吾尔自治区胸科医院40例儿童肺结核患者、22例儿童肺外结核患者和22名健康体检儿童外周血,采用ELISA检测血清中PD-1、sTim-3和Gal-9水平。结果与健康对照组相比,儿童结核患者血清中sTim-3、Gal-9以及PD-1水平显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童肺外结核患者血清中sTim-3和Gal-9水平均显著高于儿童肺结核患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。sTim-3与PD-1水平(r=0.327,P<0.01)、Gal-9与PD-1水平(r=0.317,P<0.05)、sTim-3与Gal-9水平(r=0.634、P<0.01)均为正相关。结论儿童结核患者可能存在T细胞功能衰竭,且sTim-3/Gal-9在儿童肺内、外结核患者体内表达不同,sTim-3/Gal-9有可能为治疗儿童肺内肺外结核提供一个新的靶点。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of soluble T cell immunoglobulin mucin molecule 3(sTim-3),Galectin-9(Gal-9) and programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1) in peripheral blood of children with tuberculosis.Methods The peripheral blood of 40 children with tuberculosis,22 children with extrapulmonary tuberculosis and 22 healthy people were collected from May 2015 to June 2018.The levels of PD-1,sTim-3 and Gal-9 in serum were detected by ELISA.Results The serum levels of sTim-3,Gal-9 and PD-1 were significantly increased in children with tuberculosis compared with healthy controls(P<0.05).The serum levels of sTim-3 and Gal-9 in children with extrapulmonary tuberculosis were significantly higher than those in children with tuberculosis(P<0.05).Conclusions The failure of T cell might exist in children with tuberculosis.The expression levels of sTim-3 and Gal-9 were different between children with intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis.The sTim-3 and Gal-9 might provide a new target for the treatment of children with intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis.
