摘　　要：银屑病是一种以表皮过度增生、异常血管生成和炎性细胞浸润为特征的T细胞介导的免疫相关性皮肤病,CD4+T淋巴细胞及其亚群在银屑病发生和发展过程中起重要作用。以往的研究认为,银屑病主要由Th1/Th2细胞表达失衡介导,近几年研究发现Th17/Treg细胞表达失衡在银屑病发病机制中起核心作用。本文通过对辅助性T细胞17和调节性T细胞及其相关细胞因子在银屑病发病中的作用进行综述,期望找到新的银屑病的发病机制以及治疗银屑病的新靶点。Psoriasis is T cell mediated immune-related skin disease characterized by epidermal hyperplasia,abnormal angiogenesis and inflammatory cell infiltration,CD4+T lymphocyte and its subpopulations play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of psoriasis.Previous studies have suggested that psoriasis is mainly mediated by the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cell expression,but in recent years it has been found that the imbalance of Th17/Treg expression plays a key role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.This article reviews the role of T helper 17 cells,regulatory T cell and their related cytokines in the pathogenesis of psoriasis,we hope to find a new pathogenesis of psoriasis and a new target to treat psoriasis.
