摘  要:为了探究不同施肥时期、不同施肥量对淮山硒含量的影响,采用大田试验方法,分别在南宁市里建镇和玉林市仁厚镇进行淮山硒生物营养强化试验,在淮山块茎初期、块茎膨大期、块茎成熟期向土壤施100、250 kg/hm^2硒肥。结果表明,南宁地区在块茎初期施加250 kg/hm^2硒肥显著提高淮山硒含量,达到767μg/kg,为对照组的31.5倍;玉林地区在块茎膨大期施肥显著高于对照组,高硒组、低硒组淮山含量分别为498、491μg/kg,达到对照组的5.5、5.4倍;各处理组间南宁和玉林的淮山富集系数呈显著差异。综合来看,南宁试验区在块茎初期施加250 kg/hm^2硒肥,玉林试验区在块茎膨大期施加100 kg/hm^2硒肥,对于淮山硒强化效应最好,这为南宁和玉林地区富硒淮山的生产种植提供科学依据。To Explore the effects of different fertilization periods and amounts on selenium content in Chinese yam,a selenium biofortification field experiment was carried out in Lijian Town in Nanning and RenHou Town in Yulin,respectively.100 and 250 kg/hm^2 selenium fertilizer were applied to the soil at thetuber early stage,tuber expansion stage and tuber maturity stage.The results showed that the application of 250 kg/hm^2 selenium fertilizer at the tuber early stage in Nanning area significantly increased the selenium content of Chinese yam,reaching 767μg/kg,which was 31.5 times of that of the control group.In Yulin area,the fertilization in tuber expansion stage was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the contents of Chinese yam in high selenium group and low selenium group were 498 and 491μg/kg,which are 5.4 times and 5.4 times of those of the control group,respectively.The enrichment coefficient of Chinese yam in Nanning and Yulin was significantly different among the treatment groups.In conclusion,the effect of 250 kg/hm^2 selenium fertilizer on the tuber early stage was the best in Nanning experimental area,and 100 kg/hm^2 selenium fertilizer was applied in Yulin experimental area during tuber expansion stage.This experiment provides scientific basis for the production and planting of selenium rich Chinese yam in Nanning and Yulin areas.
