摘 要:在涉氨制冷企业专项治理过程中,很多企业将氨制冷系统改为卤代烃等其它制冷系统。此举不但增加了氨安全改造的难度和费用,还大大增加今后的运行和维护费用。本文介绍了北京某氨制冷乳制品企业安全改造工程经验。通过对制冷系统的精准计算和设计,将安全改造与节能改造相结合,在不停产的情况下,把原制冷系统的充氨量从22吨降至7.8吨。在降氨改造的过程中除了对高压贮液桶和部分低压循环桶氨泵以及辅助贮液器进行更换外,其它设备和管路均保持不变。降氨改造后顺利通过了北京市安监局重大危险源的核销验收。Many enterprises have changed the original ammonia refrigeration system to halogenated hydrocarbon refrigeration system during the process of special treatment of ammonia refrigeration.It not only increases the initial investment,but also greatly increases the operation and maintenance cost in the future.This paper introduces the experience of a dairy enterprise involving ammonia refrigeration in Beijing.The ammonia charge of the original refrigeration system was reduced from 22 tons to 7.8 tons without stopping production.In the process of ammonia reduction transformation,except for the replacement of the high pressure receivers and part of the low pressure circulation tank,pumps and auxiliary liquid receivers,other equipment and pipelines remain unchanged.It successfully passed the verification and acceptance of major hazard installations of Beijing Safety Supervision Bureau.
