摘　　要：介绍了大型发电机组无刷励磁机的结构和工作原理,并就无刷励磁机定子内部由金属异物导致绕组接地故障的事件,对故障发生的原因和励磁系统检测装置动作情况进行了分析研究,提出了故障处理的方法和预防措施。This paper introduces the structure and operating principle of the brushless exciter in the large generating unit as well as a case of the earth fault of the winding caused by the metal foreign body in the stator of the brushless exciter.In addition,it analyzes the causes of the fault and the action of the detector of the excitation system as well as putting forward relevant solutions and precautionary measures.
