摘　　要：在分析解读国家相关政策法规的基础上,以营利性民办高校为分析对象,分析了分类制改革对营利性民办高校的有利和不利影响,并提出了政府层面和学校层面如何促进营利民办高校发展的建议,对于营利性民办高校的发展具有一定参考意义。Based on the analysis and interpretation of relevant national policies and regulations,this paper analyzes the advantageous and disadvantageous impact of the classification system reform on profit-making civilian-run colleges and universities.In addition,it puts forward suggestions on their development from the aspects of governments and schools,which can provide reference for the development of similar college and universities.
