摘 要:采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对广东省武术套路运动员2019年冬训的内容与特征进行研究。研究发现:运动员冬训训练划分为基础期、提高期、赛前期;其训练安排着重于体、技能训练,体能训练从基础体能过渡到专项体能,发展运动员的爆发力、抗旋转力量等;技术课训练内容以基本功、难度、组合与套路训练为主;负荷上技术训练负荷强度总体不断上升负荷量相应减少,体能训练将每4周为一个训练周期进行循环。This paper adopts the method of literature review and expert interview to study the contents and characteristics of the 2019 winter training of wushu routine athletes in guangdong province. The results show that the winter training of athletes can be divided into the basic period, the improvement period and the pre-competition period. The training arrangement focuses on physical training and skill training. The physical training is transitioning from basic physical training to special physical training to develop the explosive power and anti-rotation strength of the athletes. The training content of the technical course is based on basic skills, difficulty, combination and routine training. The overall strength of the technical training load increases continuously and the load decreases accordingly. The physical training will be carried out in a training cycle every four weeks.
