基于组织管理维度的中山市中小学校体育管理现状研究  

On the Present Situation of Physical Education Management in Primary, Middle and High Schools of Zhongshan City Based on the Organizational Management Perspective

摘　　要：通过调查和访谈途径分析了其中组织管理维度的2项核心内容,包括体育管理工作到位情况、领导重视及监督检查情况。结果显示:该市该项工作整体开展较理想;工作到位上,小学要好于初、高中;领导重视与监督反馈相对不足。建议将学校体育工作纳入教育主管部门对学校的综合评价,强化学校体育组织管理;重视示范引领,对学校体育组织管理中先进的做法要及时总结与推广。In order to understand the development of sports management work in Zhongshan schools, this study analyzed the two core contents of the organizational management dimension through investigation and interview, including physical education management work in place, leadership attention and supervision and inspection. The results show that the overall development of the work in the city is ideal;the work is in place, the primary schools do better than middle and high schools;leaders pay inadequate attention and lack supervision feedback. It is suggested that the school physical education work should be included in the comprehensive evaluation of the school by the department in charge of education, strengthen the management of the school physical education organization, attach importance to the demonstration and guide, and summarize and popularize the advanced practice in the management of the school physical education organization in time.
