摘 要:在详尽研究30多年来采自新疆的1490余份真藓属标本和广泛查阅文献的基础上,确定目前新疆分布有真藓属植物41种,占中国总种数的近80%,其中5种为新疆首次记录,分别是:瘤根真藓(Bryum bornholmense Wink.&R.Ruthe)、棒槌真藓(B.clavatum Schleich.)、球根真藓(B.radiculosum Brid.)、近土生真藓(B.riparium I.Hagen)和云南真藓(B.yuennanense Broth.)。以易于区分的芽胞有无、芽胞形态结构特征和易于观察到的配子体特征为主要分类依据编制了新疆真藓属分种检索表,提供了新纪录种的主要识别特征、生境和显微形态结构图等信息。丰富多样的小生境、真藓属植物适应干旱环境的形态结构、生理机制和生殖策略造就了新疆成为中国拥有真藓属植物物种数量最多的地区,但由于生境的差异导致真藓属植物在新疆的分布不均衡,物种丰富度在山区远高于盆地。Based on 1490 bags of specimens of Bryum collected in 30 years, and all the literatures about the genus in Xinjiang, Bryum in Xinjiang, including 41 species, was newly updated in the checklist. About 80% of species of the total in China were distributed in Xinjiang. Five species were recorded newly in Xinjiang, they are B. bornholmense Wink. & R. Ruthe, B. clavatum Schleich., B. radiculosum Brid., B. riparium I. Hagen, and B. yuennanense Broth. An easy-to-operate key to the species was provided, mainly based on the presence of the propagules, morphological characters of the propagules and the gametophyte. All the diagnostic characters are more common and visible be different than those of sporophyte used in the traditional key for Bryum. Diagnostic characteristics, habitats and microscopic structure photos for the new record species were provided. These species newly records add information of distribution range and numbers of population. The new data can be used to effectively evaluate living condition for the genus, and environmental monitoring with bryophyte. This paper added the new data for the genus in the area. A rich variety of micro-habitats being appropriate to Bryum in Xinjiang, morphological structure, physiological mechanism and reproductive strategy of Bryum adaptive arid environmental condition, may be causing species number of Bryum for Xinjiang is the largest in China. The distribution of Bryum in Xinjiang is unbalanced, and the species number in mountains is considerably higher than that in basin.
