摘　　要：对贵州省梵净山国家自然保护区进行丛枝菌根真菌资源调查时,从梵净山冷杉(Abies fanjingshanensis)和箭竹(Fargesia spathacea)根际土壤中分离得到1种丛枝菌根真菌,通过形态学特征和18S rDNA AML1-AML2区序列系统发育分析,鉴定其为巴西无梗囊霉(Acaulospora brasiliensis),为中国新记录种。During the investigation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi resources in Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve, Guizhou Province, a species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Abies fanjingshanensis and Fargesia spathacea, through morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of 18 SrDNA AML1-AML2 region sequence, identified as Acaulospora brasiliensis, a newly recorded species in China.
