摘  要:充填土料中粉粒含量对充填管袋的脱水性能影响较大,限制了充填管袋的施工周期。为评价充填料粉粒含量对充填管袋脱水性能的影响,以5种不同级配的充填料为研究对象,通过吊袋试验研究不同级配下吊袋脱水量、渗土量及渗土级配随时间的变化规律,并分析充填料含粉量与脱水速率之间的关系。研究结果表明:当粉粒含量超过20%时,吊袋脱水过程包括快脱、慢脱、回升3个阶段;当粉粒含量低于20%时,吊袋的脱水过程无回升阶段而仅包括快脱和慢脱两个阶段;充填料的粉粒百分含量、中值粒径及不均匀系数与吊袋脱水速率均呈钟形函数关系,为便于计算,可将其简化为3个不同的线性计算公式。研究成果可供充填管袋工程实践参考。The dehydration performance of mud-filled bag is affected by powder content of filling soil material,which limits the construction speed of the mud-filled bag.In order to evaluate the effect of powder content on the dehydration performance of mud-filled bags,five different grades of filling materials were used in the hanging bag tests.The change of the dehydration,soil seepage and soil seepage levels over time were studied.And the relationship between powder content and dehydration rate was analyzed.The research results showed that the dehydration process of hanging bag could be divided into three stages when the powder content was more than 20%.Otherwise,the dehydration process only included two stages.The percentage of powder,median particle size and non-uniformity coefficient all had a bell-shaped function relationship with the dehydration rate of the hanging bag.For easy calculation,these relationships can be simplified into 3 different linear functions respectively.
