摘  要:阳新长江干堤减压井受人为损坏和自然淤堵影响,渗流控制效果逐渐降低,为恢复减压井排水功能,以该堤棋盘洲段淤堵减压井为例进行井内清淤和洗井技术研究。针对井管内淤积有淤泥、块石等杂物的情况,采用空压机清淤技术清除细砂及小石渣;对空压机难以清理的砖块、石头等淤积物,采用机井抓锥技术掏取;针对传统活塞洗井不适用于塑料井管,研发了一种负压可控的轻型活塞洗井设备。通过抽水试验验证联合应用轻型活塞洗井、高速射流洗井及大降深洗井3项技术的洗井效果,结果表明:3项洗井技术均能不同程度提升减压井排水性能,特别是轻型活塞洗井能迅速提升减压井排水能力,可在堤防工程运行管理中推广应用。Affected by natural silting and artificial damage,the seepage controlling effect of the relief wells in Yangxin reach of Changjiang River dyke is gradually decreasing.In order to restore the drainage function of relief wells,this paper takes the blockage of relief wells in Qipanzhou section as an example to study the dredging and washing technique of relief well.In view of the problem of silting in the well,fine sand and small stone slag were cleared by air compressor desilting technology.Grab cone was used to remove the bricks and stones which were difficult to be cleaned by air compressor.Because the traditional piston well-flushing was not suitable for the plastic well tube,a kind of light piston-flushing equipment with controllable negative pressure was developed.The combined application of light piston well-washing,high-speed jet well-washing and large depth reduction well-washing could dredge the drainage channel of relief well and restore its function of drainage and decompression.The results show that the light piston,high-speed jet and large depth reduction can all improve the drainage performance of relief wells in different degrees,in particular,the light piston well-flushing can rapidly enhance the drainage capacity of relief wells,which provides an effective well-flushing technique for solving the blockage problem of relief wells in dykes and can be popularized in the operation and management.
