摘  要:血栓性疾病严重危害人群健康.中性粒细胞外陷阱作为中性粒细胞的固有免疫机制之一,在帮助机体抵御病原体之外还可通过其结构的支架作用和组分的凝血激活作用促进血栓形成,并在动静脉血栓、抗凝脂综合征以及肿瘤相关血栓的动物疾病模型、人类血栓样本和体外实验中得到了证实.本文主要介绍中性粒细胞外陷阱的形成机制,重点介绍中性粒细胞外陷阱与血栓形成的关联,以及在血栓性疾病和新型冠状病毒肺炎中的作用,旨在为血栓防治相关研究提供参考.Thrombosis related diseases are severely harmful for people health.Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs).acting as an innate immunity defense mechanism of neutrophils.in addition to protecting organisms from microbes.can promote thrombosis through its scafold-like structure and constituents'coagulation triggering function,which have been demonstrated in animal models,human thrombi samples and in-vitro experiments involving arterial and venous thrombosis,anti-phospholipid syndrome and cancer-related thrombosis diseases.This review summarizes the formation mechanism of NETs,meanwhile emphasizes the association between NETs and thrombosis and the effect of NETs in thrombosis-related diseases and novel corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),aiming to provide references for research in the prevention and treatment of thrombosis.
