摘 要:飞机防火系统是飞机设计中重要的分系统,为了准确评估防火系统的发动机舱/APU舱灭火功能与性能,需要根据飞机实际使用剖面和防火系统设计特点确定适用于飞行试验的测试方法。基于微压差测量技术,提出了适用于哈龙(1301、1211)气体灭火剂浓度的飞行试验测量方法,在单通道原理样机试验验证的基础上,研制了微压差式灭火剂浓度机载测试系统,并通过了飞行实测考验。试飞结果表明,该项技术能够实时准确测量运输类飞机发动机舱/APU舱的灭火剂浓度,满足飞机防火系统的灭火效能评估要求,解决了飞行试验中灭火剂浓度测量难题。Aircraft fire protection system is an important subsystem in aircraft design.In order to accurately evaluate the fire extinguishing function and performance of the engine compartment/APU cabin of the fire protection system,it is necessary to determine the test method suitable for flight test according to the actual use profile of the aircraft and the design characteristics of the fire protection system.Based on the micro differential pressure measurement technology,a flight test measurement method suitable for the concentration of Halon(1301,1211)gas fire extinguishing agent was proposed.On the basis of the single channel principle prototype test verification,an airborne test system for micro differential pressure fire extinguishing agent concentration was developed,and passed the actual flight test.Flight test results show that the technology can accurately measure the concentration of fire extinguishing agent in the engine compartment/APU cabin of transportation aircraft in real time,meet the requirements of fire extinguishing agent efficiency assessment of aircraft fire protection system,and solve the problem of measuring the fire extinguisher concentration in flight test.
