摘 要:目的对广西特产药材山绿茶进行中药炮制实验研究,并考察其降血压作用。方法使用不同炮制方法对山绿茶进行炮制;采用尾动脉法测定山绿茶不同炮制品对原发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)血压的影响。结果共得到5种山绿茶炮制品;与模型组比较,不同山绿茶炮制品均有明显的降血压效果。不同微波炮制品中,以60 g药材微波11 min组降压作用最佳。结论山绿茶最佳微波炮制工艺为60 g药材微波11 min,此方法炮制出的山绿茶药材对SHR的降压效果最好。OBJECTIVE To study the processing of Chinese herbal medicine Ilex hainanensis Merr.produced in Guangxi,and to carry out an experimental study on its antihypertensive effect.METHODS Ilex hainanensis Merr.was processed by different processing.The effects of different processed products of Ilex hainanensis Merr.on the blood pressure of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)were measured by tail artery method.RESULTS Five types of Ilex hainanensis Merr.processed products were obtained.Compared with the model group,the different processing Ilex hainanensis Merr.had obvious effect of lowering blood pressure.For different microwave processed varieties,the antihypertensive effect of 60 g microwave 11 min group was the best.CONCLUSION The best microwave processing technology of Ilex hainanensis Merr.is microwave of 60 g of medicinal materials for 11 min.The Ilex hainanensis Merr.prepared by this method has the best antihypertensive effect on SHR.
