摘  要:换油期超过40 Mm的柴油机油可认为属于长里程柴油机油。随着对降低商用车使用成本的要求及环境保护法规的日益严格,商用车柴油机油的长里程化将成为未来的发展趋势。从国内外商用车柴油机油的现状及长里程柴油机油的性能要求两个方面对长里程柴油机油的发展进行了综述。长里程柴油机油中传统的硫、磷抗磨剂的添加量将受到严格的限制,在低黏度化的趋势下,寻找新的非硫、磷抗磨剂、低灰分清净分散剂是长里程柴机油配方急需解决的问题。国外添加剂公司有长里程柴油机油复合剂和配方推荐,但国内润滑油制造商仍需进一步深入研究以提高配方的竞争力。(图0表2参考文献10)Diesel oils with oil drain interval over 40 Mm could be considered as long-mileage diesel oils.With the requirements of reducing the cost of commercial vehicles and the increasingly stringent environmental protection regulations,the long-mileage development of commercial vehicle diesel engine oils would become the future development trend.The development of long-mileage diesel engine oils was reviewed from two aspects:the present situation of commercial vehicle diesel oils at home and abroad and the performance requirements of longmileage diesel engine oils.The addition amount of traditional sulfur and phosphorus anti-wear agents in longmileage diesel engine oils would be strictly limited.In the trend of low viscosity,it was urgent to find new non sulfur and phosphorus anti-wear agents and low ash detergent dispersants for the formula of long-mileage diesel engine oils.There was compound and formula recommendation for long-mileage diesel engine oils by foreign additive company.However,domestic lubricant manufacturers still need further research to improve the competitiveness of the formula.
