摘　　要：目的:检索并总结脑卒中患者肢体功能锻炼的相关证据,为临床实践提供参考。方法:通过计算机检索国内外循证资源及文献数据库,找出关于脑卒中患者肢体功能锻炼的指南、系统评价、专家共识等证据。结果:共纳入8篇指南、4篇系统评价、1篇专家共识,分别从组织管理、评估方法、锻炼时机、锻炼强度、锻炼策略、健康教育及随访7个方面获取20条证据。结论:本研究总结了脑卒中患者肢体功能锻炼的相关证据,为临床实践提供循证依据,从而规范功能锻炼,提升护理质量。Objective:To summarize the evidence regarding functional exercise for stroke survivors and provide implications for clinical practice.Methods:We searched databases and resources of evidence-based medicine to collect the evidence,including guidelines,systematic reviews,expert consensus regarding functional exercise in stroke survivors.Results:A total of 8 guidelines,4 systematic reviews and 1 expert consensus were included.Then 20 evidences were extracted and categorized into 7 dimensions,including organization,evaluation method,exercise time,exercise intensity,exercise strategies,health education and follow-up.Conclusion:This study summarized the evidence of functional exercise for stroke survivors,and provided implications for clinical practice,which has the potential to standardize functional exercise and improve the quality of nursing practice.
