摘　　要：本文对成人重症监护室(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)患者身体约束产生的不良后果及其改进措施进行综述,以期为规范成人ICU患者身体约束的使用,减少身体约束的发生率及不良后果提供参考。This article reviewed the adverse consequences of physical restraints in Intensive Care Unit(ICU)and their improvement measures.It is expected to standardize the use of physical restraints in adult ICU and provide information for nursing staff to reduce the incidence and adverse consequences.
