摘  要:针对在市区复杂环境下爆破拆除独塔单索面预应力斜拉桥,采用桥面原地坍塌爆破技术与主塔定向控制爆破技术相结合的手段成功爆破拆除金婺大桥。重点介绍大桥主塔、主墩和梁块的爆破参数、起爆网路以及安全防护措施。通过主塔钻孔预切割、桥面机械破除的预处理方式,采用孔内、孔外相结合的延时起爆技术,并采取立体防护措施和混合缓冲垫层,使大桥解体充分,取得了良好的爆破效果。爆破飞石、冲击波和爆破振动均在安全允许范围内,未对周围建(构)筑物造成损害。Jinwu Bridge a prestressed cable-stayed bridge with single tower and single cable plane in urban complex environment.It was successfully demolished by the vertical collapsing and directional controlled blasting technologies on the bridge deck and main tower respectively.This research introduced the blasting parameters,detonation network and safety protection measures of the main tower,main pier and bridge beam.The research adopted pretreatment methods of drilling and precutting of the main tower and mechanical destruction of the bridge deck.Then,a delayed detonation technology combining the in-hole delays and out-hole delays was adopted.Meanwhile,a three-dimensional protection measure and a mixed cushion were implemented.The bridge was fully disintegrated and a good blasting effect was achieved.Flying rocks,shock waves and blasting vibrations were all within the allowable range of criterions,and there were no damage to the surrounding buildings(structures).
