摘  要:生物钟基于基因转录激活和抑制组成的反馈调节环形成接近24h的节律,它整合植物自身发育时期和包括光周期在内的环境因素,在时间上协调各种生物学功能使之达到效率最优化,从而增强对环境的适应能力。CCA1和LHY编码同源性高且功能部分冗余的Myb转录因子,是生物钟的重要组分,它们在光周期节律的诱导和保持机制中起重要作用.其功能受转录水平和转录后水平的调节。目前,对CCA1和LHY的研究主要集中于生物钟功能的调节,而它们在生物和非生物逆境胁迫反应中的作用研究则刚刚起步。本研究就CCA1和LHY基因的生物学功能及调节机制的研究进展进行综述,总结了现阶段存在的问题,为其功能进-一步完善提供参考。The circadian clock forms a nearly 24 h circadian rhythm based on the feedback regulation loop, which is composed of interlocked gene transcriptional activation and inhibition. In plants, the circadian clock perceives environment factors, including photoperiod, to predict and adjust various biological functions to adapt to surrounding environments asso ciated with their development stage. CCA1 and LHY, which are important components of clock oscillator, encode Myb transcription factors with high homology and partly redundant functions. They play major roles in the induction and maintenance of circadian rhythm. Functions of CCA1 and LHY are affected in transcriptional level and post-transcriptional level. Function studies of CCA1 and LHY were mainly focused on the regulation of circadian clock. However, their roles in biotic and abiotic stress responses remain to be studied. In this study, the biological functions and regulatory relationship of CCA1 and LHY were reviewed and the existing problems were summarized, which provides guides for further study of their functions.
