摘 要:近些年来,由于严重的工业污染、干旱、高温以及不合理的灌溉等多种因素影响,土壤盐渍化问题日趋严重,盐胁迫已经成为限制粮食生产的主要非生物胁迫因素之一。水稻是重要的粮食作物,对于保障中国乃至全球粮食安全至关重要。盐胁迫对水稻生长发育的影响以及耐盐水稻品种的培育已成为研究的热点。本文综述了盐胁迫影响水稻产量和品质的相关研究进展,并讨论了今后水稻耐盐研究需要解决的问题,为盐胁迫影响水稻产量和品质的分子机制解析及耐盐碱水稻新品种的选育提供了重要资料。In recent years,soil salinization has become more and more serious due to serious industrial pollution,drought,high temperatures and unreasonable irrigation.Salt stress has become one of the main abiotic stresses limiting food production.Rice is an important food crop and is essential for guaranteeing food security in our country and around the world.The effects of salt stress on rice growth and development and the cultivation of salt-tolerant rice varieties have become one research focus.In this paper,the research progress about the effects of salt stress on rice yield and quality was reviewed,and the research questions to be answered in the future study on rice salt tolerance were discussed,which provided important information for the analysis of the molecular mechanism of the effect of salt stress on the yield and quality of rice and the breeding of new rice varieties with salt tolerance.
