摘　　要：文章分析了江苏电信调账管理系统的相关技术,并根据江苏电信特点进行了详细的需求分析,包括可行性分析、业务流程需求分析、系统功能需求分析以及非功能性需求分析。文章结合系统的需求分析进行了详细的系统设计。This paper analyzes the related technologies of the account adjustment management system of Jiangsu Telecom,and carries out detailed demand analysis according to the characteristics of Jiangsu Telecom,including feasibility analysis,business process demand analysis,system functional demand analysis and non-functional demand analysis.The detailed system design is carried out with the requirement analysis of the system.
