摘　　要：在信息时代的背景下,图书馆管理模式的数字信息化发展对图书管理员的素质和专业能力提出了更高的要求,使其能够满足高职图书馆稳定发展的需要。为全面提高图书管理员的综合素质,加强人才队伍建设,文章将结合高职图书馆人才队伍存在的问题,探讨加强人才队伍建设的有效方法和应对措施,从而提高图书馆的现代化水平。Under the background of the information age,the digital information development of library management mode puts forward higher requirements for the quality and professional ability of librarians,so that they can meet the needs of the stable development of higher vocational libraries.In order to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians and strengthen the construction of talent team,this paper will discuss the effective methods and countermeasures to strengthen the construction of talent team in higher vocational library,so as to improve the modernization level of library.
