摘　　要：当前,社会进入“互联网+”时代。企业要想在新时代背景下求生存和谋发展,必须从流程和组织方面打破传统的管理模式,需要进行流程再造和组织变革。文章研究成果除了可以应用于企业管理,还可以应用于不同组织机构的内部管理。At present,the society enters the“Internet+”era.If enterprises want to survive and seek development in the new era,they must break the traditional management mode from the process and organization,and need to reengineer the process and organize the transformation.The research results of this paper can be applied not only to enterprise management,but also to internal management of different organizations.
