超声引导下穿刺活检术诊断甲状腺占位性病变的价值及应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析超声引导下穿刺活检术诊断甲状腺占位性病变的应用价值。方法随机选取我院于2017年4月至2019年4月,此2年时间内收治的甲状腺占位性病变患者共112例,对所有患者实施超声引导下穿刺活检术诊断,观察分析此种检查方法对于甲状腺占位性病变的诊断价值。结果共计112例患者中,根据最终病理学检查结果显示,共43例(38.4%)为恶性病变,69例(61.6%)为良性病变,所有患者均成功实施穿刺活检,穿刺成功率为100%,检查结果中,恶性病变40例(35.7%),良性病变72例(64.3%)。检查特异度为88.4%,灵敏度为97.1%,准确度为93.8%,2种检查方法结果相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下穿刺活检术诊断甲状腺占位性病变具有较高的检查准确度、灵敏度以及特异度,是一种准确有效的检查方法,具有较高实际应用价值。Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy in the diagnosis of thyroid space-occupying lesions.Methods A total of 112 patients with thyroid space-occupying lesions admitted to our hospital between April 2017 and April 2019 were randomly selected.All patients were diagnosed with ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy,and the diagnostic value of this examination method for thyroid space-occupying lesions was observed and analyzed.Results Among the 112 patients,43 patients(38.4%)were malignant lesions,69 patients(61.6%)were benign lesions,according to the final pathological examination results,all patients were successfully performed puncture biopsy,and the puncture success rate was 100%.Among the examination results,40 patients(35.7%)were malignant lesions,and 72 patients(64.3%)were benign lesions.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of the two methods were 88.4%,97.1%and 93.8%,respectively.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy has high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of thyroid space-occupying lesions,which is an accurate and effective examination method with high practical value.
