摘  要:在引输水工程中,作为主要输水建筑物的大型预应力渡槽具有结构复杂、荷载承受较大、薄壁异形多、张拉预埋件数量多及精度要求高等特点。采用普通拉杆对拉加固方式会影响槽身侧墙混凝土结构的抗渗性和稳定性,过多的拉杆会与渡槽预应力钢筋产生冲突。研究提出“外桁架+内台车”组合无穿墙拉杆钢模板体系,可杜绝槽身过水断面位置渗水的质量隐患,加快槽身施工进度,减少槽身模板施工成本。利用BIM技术对模板和台车结构进行了优化设计。研究成果对类似工程设计和施工具有一定的借鉴意义。As the major water conveyance structure,large prestressed aqueduct is characterized by complex structure,bearing heavy load,lots of special-shaped thin wall and embedded tension parts,and high accuracy requirement.Reinforcing by common double-way opposed-pulling will affect the anti-permeability and stability of the concrete side wall of the aqueduct and excessive tension rods may collide with the aqueduct prestressed reinforcement.A combination system of"outer truss+inner trolley"was proposed,which can eliminate potential quality hazards regarding seepage in the cross-section of the aqueduct body,speed up the aqueduct construction process,and reduce associated construction costs.This paper can provide reference for the design and construction of other similar projects.
