摘 要:大口径、长距离输水管道在调水工程中的应用越来越广泛,放空系统的布置显得尤为重要。为确保鄂北地区水资源配置工程孟楼-七方倒虹吸的安全运行并满足检修需求,在倒虹吸沿线低洼处设置了放空设施。在黑清河放空系统的设计中,针对放空系统总体布局提出了设计思路,通过概化物理模型试验研究优化了消能井结构设计,参考设计规范及相关工程经验优化了放空阀室结构设计。研究成果可为类似工程提供技术经验和科学依据。Large diameter and long distance water conveyance pipeline has been applied more and more widely in water diversion projects,the layout of its blow-down system is particularly important.To ensure the safe operation and meet the maintenance requirements of the inverted siphon from Menlou to Qifang in the North Hubei Water Transfer Project,the inverted siphon was equipped with the venting facilities along its low-lying areas.In the design of the Heqinghe blow-down system,the overall layout of the blow-down system was proposed,and the structural design of vertical stilling well was optimized by generalized physical model testing.By referring to the design specification and relevant engineering experience,the structural design of the vent valve chamber was also optimized.The results can provide technical practice experience and scientific basis for similar projects.
