摘  要:鄂北地区水资源配置工程第三标段渡槽为三向预应力结构,采用预应力后张法施工。灌浆施工对防止预应力筋锈蚀、控制混凝土裂缝起着关键作用,因此灌浆施工质量对工程整体质量至关重要。结合工程实际情况,组织开展QC小组活动,严格执行策划、实施、检查、处置(PDCA)循环,分析得出影响灌浆质量的两个主要因素,即班组培训交底通过率太低和水泥浆搅拌时间过短。通过加强培训和应用过程决策程序图法(PDPC),成功将槽身灌浆施工一次验收合格率从活动前的87.8%提高至96.7%,达到了优良标准。QC小组活动对同类型渡槽灌浆施工质量管理具有借鉴意义。Aqueduct at the third bidding section of the North Hubei Water Transfer Project is a three-way prestressed structure and constructed by prestressed post-tensioning method.Grouting plays a key role in preventing corrosion of prestressed tendons and controlling concrete cracks;therefore,improving grouting quality is of great significance to the overall project quality.Considering the actual situation of the project,the QC circle was adopted,the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)cycle were strictly implemented.Factors affecting grouting quality are:passing rate of the team training was too low and duration for mixing cement paste was too short.In response to these two factors,improving training and applying PDPC process control helped increase the acceptance rate of grouting from 87.8%(prior to the QC circle activities)to 96.7%,reaching excellent standards.The results of QC activities can provide guidance for other similar aqueduct grouting projects.
