摘　　要：为了对水利水电工程建设管理中代建单位和监理单位进行整合统一,形成一个管理实体,应在实际工程建设管理中实践并推广“建设监理+项目管理”建管模式。介绍了鄂北地区水资源配置工程广水应山城区分水工程及大悟王家冲水库连接工程中“建设监理+项目管理”建管模式应用情况。实践表明,该管理模式能够充分利用资源,提高工程建设管理水平,保证工程建设质量和投资效益。可为类似水利水电工程建设管理提供参考经验。To integrate construction companyand supervision agency into a management entity in the construction management of water conservancy and hydropower projects,the construction and management mode of construction supervision plus project management should be applied and promoted.The application of the construction supervision plus project management mode in water diversion project of Yingshan Town District under Guangshui City and the connecting project of Wangjiachong Reservoir in Dawu County of North Hubei Water Transfer Project is introduced.The practice showed that the management mode can fully utilized the water resources,improve the construction management,and ensure the construction quality and investment benefits.
