摘  要:暗涵要承受荷载、抵抗地下水渗透破坏,必须具备耐久优良的质量。在暗涵施工过程中,防止裂缝产生对保证暗涵质量尤为重要。通过鄂北地区水资源配置工程两段暗涵侧墙混凝土浇筑施工试验,对比掺加水化热抑制剂和未掺加的混凝土温度和裂缝产生的效果,结果表明:掺加水化热抑制剂后能降低混凝土温峰值,推迟温峰时间,并能有效控制裂缝的产生。研究成果可为类似工程暗涵施工的裂缝控制提供参考。Since buried culvert must possess durable and excellent quality to bear loads and resist seepage damage of groundwater,preventing cracks is particularly important for ensuring culvert quality during the construction.The concrete placement construction of the side wall of two sections of buried culvert in North Hubei Water Transfer Project is used to conduct test.By comparing the concrete temperature and crack generation effect with and without hydration heat inhibitor,it was found that adding hydration heat inhibitor could reduce the peak temperature of concrete,delay the occurrence time of peak temperature,so can effectively control the crack generation.The test results can provide reference for crack control of the similar buried culvert construction.
