摘 要:为了改善电站锅炉受热面管系高温段铁素体-奥氏体异种钢焊接接头的高温性能,提高接头的服役寿命,制定了专门的热处理制度和时效处理条件。通过力学性能测试、高温持久强度试验和光学金相组织观察等方法,分析了焊态及不同热处理制度下TP304H/R102异种钢接头的常温力学性能、不同时效条件下的显微组织、硬度分布及碳迁移等情况。结果表明,在选定的填充材料和焊接工艺下,适当的热处理制度,对消除TP304H/R102异种钢接头的淬硬倾向,提高低合金耐热钢的组织稳定性,减少碳迁移扩散(从低合金钢侧向焊缝金属)和碳化物聚集,保证高温持久强度、改善接头使用状况起到了积极作用。In order to improve the high-temperature performance of ferrite-austenite dissimilar steel welded joints in the high-temperature section of the heating surface pipe system of power plant boilers,and improve the service life of the joint,a special heat treatment system and aging treatment conditions were formulated.Through mechanical properties test,high temperature creep rupture strength test,optical metallographic microstructure observation and other methods,the mechanical properties at room temperature,microstructures under different aging conditions,hardness distribution and carbon migration of TP304H/R102 dissimilar steel joints in welded state and different heat treatment regimes were analyzed.The results showed that under the selected filler material and welding process,proper heat treatment process played a positive role in eliminating the hardening tendency of TP304H/R102 dissimilar steel joints,improving the microstructure stability of low alloy heat-resistant steel and reducing carbon migration and diffusion(from low alloy steel side to weld metal)and carbides accumulation,so as to ensure the high temperature creep rupture strength and improve service condition of joints.
