水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的种类及作用机理

摘　　要：文中介绍了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的发展情况,从该材料的组成成分出发,重点分析了其作用机理。认为:水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的主要活性物质为缩聚结晶反应物、钙离子-结晶反应物和钙离子络合剂;其作用机理主要为沉淀反应和络合-沉淀反应,其中,沉淀反应加速了混凝土内部未水化胶凝材料的水化速度,而络合-沉淀反应则保证了施作水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的混凝土和砂浆的永久防水效果。The development of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing material(CPCWM)was introduced and the action mechanism of CPCWM was analyzed from the composition of the material in this paper.It is supposed that,1)the main active substances of CPCWM are polycondensation crystallization reactant,calcium ion crystallization reactant and calcium ion complexing agent;2)the action mechanism of CPCWM is mainly precipitation reaction and complexation precipitation reaction,in which precipitation reaction accelerates the hydration rate of unhydrated cementitious materials in concrete,and complex precipitation reaction ensures the permanent waterproof effect of concrete and mortar with CPCWM.
