摘 要:为减少混凝土早期贯穿性裂缝产生,指导商品混凝土配合比设计,结合实际生产可调控因素,探究了单位用水量、砂率和养护方式对墙板结构混凝土工作性、力学性能及早期抗裂性能的影响及作用规律,结果表明:随着单位用水量的增加,混凝土工作性得到改善,但抗压强度及开裂面积明显增大,砂率的增加不会明显引起混凝土初始工作性及抗压强度波动,但会加剧对水分的散失,进而引起早期开裂面积的增大,覆膜养护可有效减少混凝土水分蒸发,减少早期开裂面积。In order to reduce the early penetrating cracks of concrete and guide the mix proportion design of commercial concrete,combined with the controllable factors of actual production,the effects and action rules of unit water consumption,sand ratio and curing mode on the workability,mechanical properties and early crack resistance of wallboard concrete are discussed,the results show that with the increase of unit water consumption,the workability of concrete is improved,but the compressive strength and cracking area increase obviously.The increase of sand ratio will not obviously cause the fluctuation of initial workability and compressive strength of concrete,but will aggravate the loss of moisture,and then lead to the increase of early cracking area.Film curing can effectively reduce the water evaporation of concrete and reduce the early cracking area.
