摘  要:通过对循环流化床锅炉循环灰回收改造方案及改造后出现的问题分析,指出循环灰回收飞灰含碳量改造后达到了预期的效果,为锅炉的安全稳定经济运行提供了技术保障,投用后锅炉飞灰含碳量可下降50%左右,锅炉热效率明显提升,同时燃料二次利用,吨蒸汽煤耗下降,缓解了飞灰含碳量较高的问题.Through analysis of the circulating ash recovery retrofit plan of circulating fluidized bed boiler and the problems occurred after retrofit,it is pointed out that the carbon content of the circulating ash recovery fly ash has achieved the expected effect after retrofit,which provides technical guarantee for the safe,stable and economic operation of the boiler.After put into operation,the carbon content of boiler fly ash can be reduced by about 50%,and the thermal efficiency of boiler is significantly improved.At the same time,the secondary use of fuel reduces the coal consumption per ton of steam,alleviating the problem of high carbon content of fly ash.
