稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏对心电图参数的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨稳心颗粒治疗室性早搏(简称“室早”)对心电图参数的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2018年12月江西省赣州市人民医院的70例室早患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组仅开展生活指导,观察组在对照组的基础上给予稳心颗粒治疗。治疗4周时比较两组的治疗效果,观察两组治疗前后的QT离散度(QTd)及心率变异性(HRV)情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率(91.43%)高于对照组(62.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的HRV参数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的QTd及校正QTd低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对室早患者,给予稳心颗粒治疗的效果较好,能降低QTd,改善HRV,减少室早发生,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore the influence of Wenxin Granules on ventricular premature beats on ECG parameters.Methods From June 2017 to December 2018,70 patients with ventricular premature beat in Ganzhou People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province were selected,all patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group only carried out life guidance,and the observation group was given Wenxin Granules on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared,and the QT dispersion(QTd)and heart rate variability(HRV)of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(91.43%)was higher than that in the control group(62.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HRV parameter of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The QTd and corrected QTd of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ventricular premature,given Wenxin Granules has better effect,can reduce QTd,and improve HRV,reduce the occurrence of early ventricular,and has outstanding clinical application value.
