穴位按摩联合黄豆袋热敷对产妇潜伏期分娩镇痛效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合黄豆袋热敷对产妇潜伏期分娩镇痛效果的影响。方法回顾性分析萍乡市人民医院2019年2月~2020年3月收治的60例行阴道试产的产妇临床资料,按照规律宫缩开始后护理方式不同分为对照组(30例)与观察组(n=30例),对照组采用穴位按摩,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄豆袋热敷,比较两组产妇疼痛程度、分娩结局及满意度。结果观察组疼痛程度低于对照组,阴道分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇潜伏期分娩镇痛中应用穴位按摩联合黄豆袋热敷,可改善疼痛程度,提高阴道分娩率及护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application influence of acupoint massage and hot fomentation with soybean haustration on analgesic effect in maternal labor analgesia during latency period.Methods The clinical data of 60 women undergoing vaginal trial delivery in Pingxiang People′s Hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were retrospective analyzed,and they were divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)according to different nursing methods after the beginning of regular contractions.The control group accepted acupressure,and the observation group added a hot bean compress on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain,pregnancy outcome and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of pain in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in control group,the cesarean section rate was lower than that in control group,and the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with hot fomentation with soybean haustration in maternal labor analgesia during latency period can improve the degree of pain,increase vaginal delivery rate and nursing satisfaction.
