微信平台延续性护理对乳腺癌化疗PICC置管患者自护能力及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨微信平台延续性护理在乳腺癌化疗经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1~12月于赣南医学院第一附属医院行PICC化疗的乳腺癌患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规延续性护理,观察组采用微信平台延续性护理。两组均干预并随访6个月,对比两组患者自护能力、生活质量以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组干预后健康知识、护理技能、责任感、护理概念评分分别为(30.25±5.79)、(35.42±6.05)、(40.60±2.25)、(32.58±5.59)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛以及总体健康评分分别为(85.87±7.12)、(80.05±5.43)、(86.06±4.11)、(71.19±5.95)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台延续性护理在乳腺癌化疗PICC置管患者中的应用,能够提升其自我护理能力,减少相关并发症的发生,促进改善生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on the WeChat platform in breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC).Methods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer who received PICC chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January to December 2019 were divided control group and observation group by the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine continuous nursing,while the observation group was given WeChat platform continuous nursing.Two groups intervened and followed up for 6 months.The self-care ability,quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of health knowledge,nursing skills,sense of responsibility and nursing concept in the observation group were(30.25±5.79),(35.42±6.05),(40.60±2.25),(32.58±5.59)points,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group′s physiological function,physiological function,body pain and overall health score were(85.87±7.12),(80.05±5.43),(86.06±5.59)points,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate was 6.67%in the observation group,lower than 26.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat platform continuous nursing in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy PICC catheter can improve their self-care ability,reduce the occurrence of related complications,and promote quality of life.
