舒适护理在小儿烫伤护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在小儿烫伤护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年12月南方医科大学深圳医院整形烧伤科收治的66例烫伤患儿作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)与研究组(33例),对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用舒适护理,比较两组患者疼痛评分、并发症发生率、住院时间及家属满意度。结果研究组疼痛评分、并发症发生率低于对照组,研究组住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿烫伤护理中,采取舒适护理能明显改善患儿的疼痛程度,减少并发症的发生,缩短患儿住院时间,提高家属满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the nursing of children with scald.Methods A total of 66 children with scalds who were admitted to Orthopedics and Burns Department of Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(33 cases)and research group(33 cases).The control group received routine nursing care.The research group received comfortable nursing care.The pain score,complication rate,hospital stay and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score,complication rate of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and hospital stay of the research group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of pediatric scalds,adopting comfortable nursing can obviously improve the pain degree of patients,reduce complications,shorten the length of hospitalization of patients,and increase family satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
