他克莫司软膏联合保湿乳膏治疗口周皮炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察他克莫司软膏联合保湿乳膏治疗口周皮炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年2-11月灌南县人民医院收治的口周皮炎患者80例,采取随机数字表法分为A、B组,每组40例。A组单独采用保湿乳膏治疗,B组采用0.03%他克莫司软膏与保湿乳膏联合治疗,比较2组不同时间点治疗效果及不良反应。结果B组治疗第1、2、4周总有效率分别为75.00%、85.00%、97.50%,均高于A组的52.50%、65.00%、82.50%(χ2=4.381、4.267、5.000,P均<0.05);B组不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于A组的25.00%(χ2=6.275,P<0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏联合保湿乳膏用于口周皮炎患者的治疗效果较好,可有效改善患者临床症状,且不良反应少,治疗安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tacrolimus ointment combined with moisturizing cream in the treatment of perioral dermatitis.Methods 80 patients with perioral dermatitis admitted to Guannan County People’s Hospital from February to November 2019 were divided into groups A and B by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with moisturizing cream alone,and group B was treated with a combination of 0.03%tacrolimus ointment and moisturizing cream.The treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results The total effective rates in the first 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment in group B were 75.00%,85.00%,and97.50%,respectively,which were higher than those in group A of 52.50%,65.00%,and 82.50%(χ~2=4.381,4.267,5.000,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 5.00%,which was lower than 25.00%in group A(χ~2=6.275,P<0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment is effective in the clinical treatment of patients with perioral dermatitis.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is not easy to have adverse reactions.The safety of the treatment is high,and it is worthy of clinical application.
