摘　　要：文中以某大学项目最高限额的评审工作为例,分析了财政投资最高限额项目评审遇到的常见问题并提出相应的解决措施。This paper takes the review of the project ceiling of a university as an example, analyzes the common problems encountered in the review of the project ceiling of financial investment and puts forward corresponding solutions.
