摘　　要：以城市针灸为理论视角,通过综述城市微更新的中外研究现状,结合上海梓耘斋建筑工作室在以往数年间所参与的城市微更新实践,梳理、归纳了3类城市微更新策略,以期为相关的实践工作提供思想辨析与经验借鉴。Starting from a theoretical view of urban acupuncture, this paper comprehensively reviews the current scholarships of micro urban regeneration in China and abroad. Based on the previous practices of TM Studio, it retrieves and summarizes three strategies of micro urban regenerating projects, in the hope of providing intellectual analyses and references for related work.
