摘　　要：目的采用Meta分析方法综合评价阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)对听功能的影响。方法计算机检索中英文数据库中公开发表OSAHS听功能各指标的病例对照研究,检索时限从建库开始至2019-07-25。制定严格纳入与排除标准进行文献筛选和数据提取,随后行Meta分析。结果共计纳入16篇文献,905例研究对象,OSAHS组562例,对照组343例。12篇听性脑干反应(ABR)检查文章显示,OSAHS组较对照组Ⅰ波、Ⅴ波潜伏期,Ⅰ-Ⅴ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ间期均明显延长。11篇纯音测听检查文章显示,与对照组相较,OSAHS组各频率气导听阈均有所升高,以高频为主。8篇畸变产物耳声发射检查文章提示,OSAHS组在0.5、2、4、6和8 kHz频率的反应幅值较对照组均有所降低。结论较对照组而言,OSAHS组存在一定程度听力下降,以高频听力下降为主,临床医师应注重OSAHS患者早期听力评估。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the influence of OSAHS on auditory by means of meta-analysis.METHODS A computer-based case-control study on the correlation between auditory function indicators and OSAHS was published in computer databases.The time limit for searching was July 25,2019.Strict inclusion and exclusion criteria were used for literature screening and data extraction,then make meta-analysis.RESULTS A total of 16 articles were included in the study,with a total of 905 subjects,562 in the OSAHS group and 343 in the control group.The results of 12 auditory brainstem responses showed that Ⅰ wave latency,Ⅴ wave latency,Ⅰ-Ⅴ interval,and Ⅲ-Ⅴ interval were significantly prolonged in OSAHS patients compared with those of controls.11 pure tone audiometry results showed that compared with the control group,the air conduction hearing threshold of each group in the OSAHS group increased,mainly high frequency.Meta-analysis showed that the amplitudes of 8 distortion product otoacoustic emission measurements were lower in the OSAHS group than that of the control group.CONCLUSION Compared with the control group,OSAHS patients have a certain degree of hearing loss,particularly in high frequency.Clinicians should pay attention to hearing of OSAHS patients early.
