摘　　要：真菌是自然界重要的潜在致病微生物,新的致病真菌层出不穷,当前使用的抗真菌药物存在明显不良反应,临床耐药现象日益严重。海洋是最具新型药物开发潜力的宝库,为探索适合我国国情的海洋潜在抗真菌活性药物的挖掘及开发策略,学者对海洋天然抗真菌药物的研发现状进行综述。Fungi are important potential pathogenic microorganisms in nature,and new pathogenic fungi emerge in endlessly.Furthermore,at present existing antifungal drugs have obvious adverse reactions,and clinical drug resistance is increasing gradually.Ocean is the treasure trove of the newest drug development potential.In order to explore the research strategies of marine potential antifungal active drugs suitable for our national conditions,scholars reviewed the current research and development status of marine natural antifungal drugs.
