摘 要:目的分析太原市2009-2018年度流行性感冒流行病学特征,为指导流感监测和防控工作提供科学依据。方法应用SPSSS19.0对太原市2009-2018年度流感样病例(ILI)及病原学监测数据进行分析,定性资料比较采用χ~2检验,率的相关关系采用Spearman相关分析。结果 2009-2018年度太原市平均ILI%为2.85%,ILI各年龄组构成比不相同,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8 404.29,P<0.01),0~4岁组所占比例最高为59.58%。2009-2018年度太原市流感样病例标本平均检测阳性率为23.06%。不同年份流感分型各不相同,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=1 087.50,P<0.01)。各年龄组检出阳性率不同,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=385.92,P<0.01),各年龄组检出各型别构成比不同,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=166.20,P<0.01)。结论太原市2009—2018年度ILI主要分布在15岁以下儿童,每年各亚型流感毒株交替成为优势毒株,不同年龄段感染主要亚型不同。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Taiyuan from 2009 to 2018, and to provide scientific basis for influenza surveillance as well as prevention and control. Methods SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze influenza-like illness(ILI) and the data of pathogenic surveillance in Taiyuan from 2009 to 2018, the qualitative data were compared by chi-square test, and the correlation of the rates was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results The average ILI% in Taiyuan from 2009 to 2018 was 2.85%, the composition ratio of ILI in different age groups was different, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8404.29, P<0.01), the proportion of 0-4 years old group was the highest(59.58%). From 2009 to 2018, the average positive detection rate of ILI specimens in Taiyuan was 23.06%. Influenza types were different in different years, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=1087.50, P<0.01). The positive rate of each age group was different, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=385.92, P<0.01), the composition ratio of each type was different in each age group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=166.20, P<0.01). Conclusion ILI is mainly distributed in children under 15 years old in Taiyuan City from 2009 to 2018, each subtype of influenza strain alternately becomes the dominant strain, and the main subtype of infection is different in different age groups.
