摘　　要：目的调查黑龙江省蜱虫分布及人体内蜱传脑炎病毒的携带情况,为有效开展蜱传脑炎疾病的监测和预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法 2019年5-6月,在黑龙江省大兴安岭地区、伊春市,采用人工布旗法采集游离蜱虫,应用动物体表捡拾法采集寄生蜱。将采集的蜱进行分类处理,并用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测蜱传脑炎病毒。应用R3.2.1软件进行统计分析。结果共采集蜱虫样本5 351只,有全沟硬蜱、森林革蜱、嗜群血蜱三种。检测到蜱传脑炎病毒4株,均采集自大兴安岭地区松岭区,由全沟硬蜱携带,均为远东亚型。结论黑龙江省为蜱传脑炎自然疫源地,应开展科学有效的防治措施。Objective To investigate the distribution of ticks and the carrying status of tick-borne encephalitis virus(TBEV) in human body in Heilongjiang Province, and to provide scientific evidence for effective surveillance, prevention and control of tick-borne encephalitis diseases. Methods Ticks were collected by the method of artificial fabric flag, and parasitic ticks were collected by the method of picking up animal body surface in Daxinganling and Yichun. The collected ticks were classified, and TBEV was detected by real time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction. And R3.2.1 software was used to conduct statistical analysis. Results A total of 5 351 ticks were collected including Ixodes persulcatus, Dermacentor silvarum and Haemaphysalis concinna. Four strains of TBEV were detected, which were all collected in Songling District in Daxinganling, these four strains were carried by Ixodes persulcatus and belonged to Far-East subtype. Conclusion Heilongjiang Province is a nature focus of tick-borne encephalitis, it is necessary to develop scientific and effective disease prevention and treatment measures.
