摘 要:针对酸蚀法测定碳纤维复合材料树脂含量存在不环保、测试周期长等问题,用热失重分析(TGA)方法对批产中的碳纤维复合材料层压板中的树脂含量进行了测定,并与现用的酸蚀法测得数据进行了对比,TGA法测得的树脂含量平均值为29.8%,传统的酸蚀法测试树脂含量平均值为31.0%,两者的数据相差只有1.2%。由此可知,TGA法对碳纤维复合材料层压板中的树脂含量的测定具有可行性,在工程上可以推广应用。本文研究对企业提高复合材料树脂含量的检测效率有重要实践意义。In view of the problems of non environmental protection and long test cycle in the determination of resin content in carbon fiber composite materials by acid etching method,the resin content in carbon fiber composite laminates in batch production was determined by thermogravimetry(TGA),and it was compared with the current use the data measured by the acid etching method were compared.The average resin content measured by the TGA method was 29.8%,and the average resin content measured by the traditional acid etching method was 31.0%,the difference between the two data was only 1.2%.Therefore,the TGA method is feasible for the determination of resin content in carbon fiber composite laminates,which can be popularized and applied in engineering.It is of great significance to improve the detection efficiency of composite resin content in enterprises.
