摘  要:损伤区域与无损伤区域的准确识别是实现复合材料损伤识别的关键。对构成复合材料红外热成像系统检测图像的相关数据进行图像形态学预处理,提取到损伤区域的主体轮廓形态,分析损伤区域剖面曲线,最终准确获得了损伤区域的大小及其位于试验件上的位置。结果表明:该方法对损伤区域的定量识别精度高,对损伤区域的定位准确度高,验证了该方法的可行性。The accurate identification of damaged area and non-damaged area is the key to the structural damage identification of composite materials.The relevant data of the composite infrared thermal imaging system were preprocessed by image morphology,the main contour shape of the damaged area was extracted,and the profile curve of the damaged area was analyzed.Finally,the size of the damaged area and its position on the test piece were accurately obtained.The results show that the method has high accuracy in quantitative identification of the damaged area and high accuracy in locating the damaged area,which verifies the feasibility of the method.
