摘 要:光纤传感器具有体积小、重量轻、抗电磁干扰、波分复用等优点,大量应用于智能结构和智能航空等领域的高精度测量。为了提高使用率,一路光纤上常常串联多个传感器,但光纤纤细不抗弯,光纤在布设时常需要过墙、打弯,弯曲严重时会导致传感器信号丢失。本文首先研究了光纤弯曲半径对单个FBG传感器反射光谱的影响,研究了弯曲半径与不同波长传感器带宽、光强及反射率之间的关系。其次研究了光纤弯曲半径对传感器串信号的影响。结果表明,当光纤弯曲半径小于6mm时,FBG传感器信号大大衰减,导致传感器无法识别。本文研究结论在FBG传感器的工程应用中具有重要的指导意义。Optical fiber sensor has the advantages of small size,light weight,anti-electromagnetic interference,wavelength division multiplexing and so on.In order to improve the utilization rate,multiple sensors are often connected in a single optical fiber,but the optical fiber is thin and not bending resistant.The optical fiber often needs to go over the wall and bend when it is deployed,and serious bending will result in the loss of sensor signals.In this paper,the influence of the bending radius of optical fiber on the reflection spectrum of a single FBG sensor is firstly studied.Secondly,the influence of the bending radius of the optical fiber on the serial signal of the sensor is studied.The results show that when the bending radius of the optical fiber is less than 6 mm,the FBG sensor signal is greatly attenuated,resulting in the sensor cannot be recognized.The research conclusion has important guiding significance in the engineering application of FBG sensor.
