摘 要:综述了超轻复合材料桥梁的设计、制造与分析的研究进展。与传统桥梁相比,复合材料桥梁有其特殊之处。首先,介绍了超轻复合材料桥梁设计理念以及常见的结构形式,然后描述了不同结构的复合材料桥梁制造技术,从结构设计与分析、工艺规划以及固化成型等方面报道了目前的研究现状,并分析了每一种结构形式的优势与缺点,然后归纳了设计和制造过程中需要重点考虑的问题。最后,对该领域的研究进行了总结和展望,以期为超轻复合材料桥梁的设计和制造提供参考。The research progress review of design,manufacture and analysis of ultra-light composite bridges is provided in this paper.There are some special issues in ultra-light composite bridges compared with traditional ones.First,the concept of ultra-light composite bridges and structural classifications were introduced.Second,the composite bridge manufacturing technology for different structures is described.The current research status is reported from the aspects of structural design and analysis,process planning,and forming technics.The advantages and disadvantages of each structural form are analyzed.Then the issues that need to be considered during the design and manufacturing process are summarized.Finally,the research in this field is summarized and the future prospects of this field were proposed in order to provide a reference for the design and manufacture of ultra-light composite bridges.
