基于行为改变理论的PCI术后患者健康教育关键要素指标体系的构建

摘　　要：目的基于行为改变理论(BCW)构建PCI术后患者健康教育关键要素指标体系。方法采用便利抽样法,2019年11月,选取天津、北京等6省市护理专家共33名为函询对象。以BCW为研究框架,通过文献检索和2轮专家函询确定PCI术后患者健康教育关键要素指标体系。结果2轮专家函询的积极系数均为100%,专家权威程度系数分别为0.858和0.881,专家意见的协调系数为0.336和0.387(P<0.01)。最终构建的PCI术后患者健康教育关键要素指标体系包括一级指标3个、二级指标7个、三级指标43个。结论本研究构建的PCI术后患者健康教育关键要素指标体系是一套科学、可靠、可信度较高的指标体系,能够为制定针对PCI术后患者的干预措施提供理论依据。Objective To construct a key factor index system of health education for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) based on behavior change wheel (BCW) theory.Methods By adopting the convenient sampling method, a total of 33 nursing experts from 6 provinces and cities including Tianjin and Beijing were selected as objects for correspondence consultation in November 2019. With BCW as the research framework, the key factor index system of health education for patients after PCI was determined through literature search and 2 rounds of expert correspondence consultation.Results The positive coefficients of two rounds of expert correspondence consultation were both 100%, the expert authority coefficients were respectively 0.858 and 0.881, and the coordination coefficients of expert opinions were respectively 0.336 and 0.387 (P<0.01) . The final established key factor index system of health education for patients after PCI consisted of 3 first-level indexes, 7 second-level indexes and 43 third-level indexes.Conclusions The key factor index system of health education for patients after PCI constructed in this study is a set of scientific, reliable and credible index system, which can provide a theoretical basis for formulating intervention measures for patients after PCI.
